Fresh food

Jaivin Anzalota -

The Fresh Food amenity covers whether fresh food is available on board each flight and flight cabin. Fresh food is defined as perishable, non-shelf-stable items, including freshly baked goods such as pastries and muffins. If fresh food is available, the type of fresh food offered is determined, specifically snack versus full meal. Food cost is also evaluated, as well as whether the meal is available only if ordered ahead of departure.
